养血止痒胶囊药效学研究

目的观察养血止痒胶囊对模型大鼠及豚鼠的治疗作用,评价其治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒病的疗效及探讨其作用机理.方法 用组织胺建立外源性组胺所致的动物瘙痒模型,观察养血止痒胶囊的止痒作用;用乙酰苯肼( APH)制备衰老血虚证大鼠模型,观察养血止痒胶囊对该模型大鼠血红蛋白 (Hb)含量、红细胞数、血浆雌二醇 (E2)、睾酮 (T)、孕酮 (PO)含量及性器官重量、皮脂腺数目和分泌情况的影响.结果 养血止痒胶囊可明显提高豚鼠对磷酸组织胺的致痒阈,升高衰老血虚证大鼠 Hb含量和RBC数,提高衰老血虚证大鼠血浆 E2、 T、 PO的含量,增加其子宫、卵巢及睾丸的重量,增加衰老血虚证大鼠皮脂腺数目,促进皮脂腺分泌.结论 养血止痒胶囊对外源性组胺所致的豚鼠瘙痒模型有较好的止痒作用,对衰老血虚证大鼠模型有较好的养血作用,可提高其性激素水平,增加皮脂腺数目,改善皮脂腺分泌.

Pharmacodynamic Studies on Yangxue Zhiyang Capsule

Objective By observing the curative effect of Yangxue Zhiyang Capsule (YZC) on guinea pigs and senile rats, therapeutic effect of YZC for senile pruritus and its mechanism was assessed. Methods Animal models with pruritus induced by exogenous histamine were used to observe the effect of YZC in relieving itching. Senile rat models of blood deficiency induced by acetophenylhydrazine (APH) were applied to measure the effect of YZC on red blood cells (RBC) counting, blood hemoglobin (Hb), plasma estrogen (E2), testosterone (T) and proesterone(PO), sexual organ weight and the amount of sebaceous gland and its secretory function. Results YZC could raise the itching threshold of guinea pigs with pruritus, elevate RBC amount and Hb content, increase E2,T and PO levels, elevate the weight of sexual organs and the number of sebaceous glands, and promote the secretory function of sebaceous glands in rats with blood deficiency. Conclusion YZC has good effect in relieving itching of guinea pigs with pruritus and nourishing blood of rats with blood deficiency by raising the levels of sex hormones, increasing the number of sebaceous glands and stimulating sebaceous gland secretion.
