摘 要: | 目的:采用超临界流体萃取法对药用大豆磷脂的生产工艺进行研究。方法:从技术改进内容、技术先进性和生产具体步骤等方面对超临界流体萃取法生产药用大豆磷脂的工艺进行全面研究和阐述,对采用的设备工艺改进原因进行了相关说明。结果:采用先油脚浓缩后萃取再冷冻干燥工艺制得的大豆磷脂各项指标均符合国家标准。结论:用超临界流体萃取法生产的药用大豆磷脂工艺和产品质量稳定,可用于实际生产。

Abstract: | Objective: To study the process of medicinal soybean phospholipids by supercritical fluid extraction; Method: Re- searching and exposing the process of soybean phospholipids from technical improvements, advanced technology ,production steps and other aspects, and illustrating the reason of improving the equipment of the process. Results: The quality of the soybean phospholipids produced by the process of concentration, extraction and freeze-tiring is totally conformed with the National Standards. Conclusion: The method of supercritical fluid extraction used in production process of medicinal soybean phospholipids is stable, and product qual, ity is controllable, so it can be used in actual production. |
