| 摘 要： | 目的探讨精细化护理在降低妇科手术患者术后焦虑抑郁情绪中的效果。方法将2010年2月至2012年3月于本院进行手术治疗的66例妇科疾病患者随机分为对照组(常规护理组)33例和观察组(精细化护理组)33例,将两组患者护理前和护理后1周的综合医院焦虑/抑郁量表和简明心境量表评分进行比较。结果观察组护理后1周的综合医院焦虑/抑郁量表和简明心境量表评分均好于对照组,P均<0.05,两组上述指标均有显著性差异。结论精细化护理可有效缓解妇科手术患者术后的焦虑抑郁情绪。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of refinement nursing in decreasing the anxiety and depression of patients after gynecologic surgery. Methods 66 patients treated with gynecologic surgery in our hospital from February 2010 to March 2012 were randomly divided into control group （routine nursing group） 33 cases and observation group （refinement nursing group） 33 cases, then the hospital anxiety/depression scale and POMS scale of two groups before and after the nursing at first week were compared. Results The hospital anxiety/depression scale and POMS scale of observation group after the nursing were all better than those of control group, all P〈 0.05, there were all significant differences between these indexes of two groups. Conclusion The refinement nursing can effectively relax the anxiety and depression of patients after gynecologic surgery. |
