腹腔镜脾脏切除术中二级脾蒂离断法的应用

目的探讨腹腔镜脾脏切除术中二级脾蒂离断法的安全性和临床效果。方法对2011年1月至2012年1月住我科的共44例患者,行腹腔镜脾脏切除术中二级脾蒂离断法治疗,分析患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症。结果本组44例患者,手术时间平均为140min,术中的出血量平均为210mL,其中有1例由于脾静脉出血而中转开腹,还有1例术后并发脾窝积血,再次经腹腔镜下止血,其它患者均获得手术成功。结论二腹腔镜下脾脏切除术中级脾蒂离断法安全、有效,同时为临床的推广和普及提供一种切实可行的手术方法。

Laparoscopic Splenectomy Surgery Using Two Splenic Pedicle From Broken Law

Conclusion Two laparoseopic splenectomy Intermediate splenic pedicle from off method is safe and effective, a practical as well as the promotion and popularization of the clinical surgical methods.
