甲型H1N1流感肺炎影像学表现

目的 总结甲型H1N1流感肺炎影像学表现,提高对本病的认识。方法 回顾性分析17例确诊甲型H1N1流感肺炎患者胸部X线片及64层螺旋CT检查系列影像学资料。结果 17例甲型H1N1流感肺炎患者均有1次以上胸部计算机X线摄影术(CR)检查,其中8例接受CT检查。17例胸部X线及CT表现均以斑片或大片实变影合并磨玻璃密度影为主要表现。病变累及单侧肺野者4例,占23.53%;双侧肺野均受累者13例,占76.47%;随访病例均有不同程度的纤维化改变。结论 甲型H1N1流感肺炎X线及CT表现具有一定特征性。肺部病变以多叶段分布渗出性改变为其共有表现,病程后期两肺以纤维化表现为主。

Imaging findings of influenza A (H1N1) virus-associated pneumonia

Objective To assess the imaging findings at presentation in patients with influenza A (H1N1) virus-associated pneumonia and to improve the knowledge. Methods Radiographic and 64-slice helical CT findings of 17 patients with influenza A (H1N1) virus-associated pneumonia were reviewed retrospectively. Results All patients were performed more than one time of computed radiography (CR) in chest. Eight patients also were examined with CT. The predominant radiographic findings consisted of lobar consolidation, patchy ill-defined consolidation opacities and mixed ground-glass opacities. The abnormalities were bilateral in 13 patients (76.47%), isolateral in 4 patients (23.53%). The follow-up patients had a variable degree pulmonary fibrosis. Conclusion There are some distinguishing characteristic on radiographs in patients with influenza A (H1N1) infection. The predominant radiographic findings are bilateral, ground-glass opacities or bilateral areas of consolidation. All patients with follow-up information are found pulmonary fibrosis.
