| 摘 要： | 目的：研究神经纤维瘤病的中枢神经系统MRI表现。方法：收集及分析22例NF的一般及MRI表现。结果：NF-1型主要表现为神经纤维瘤，以颈椎管内常见。NF-2型以双侧或单侧听神经瘤伴多发脑(脊)膜瘤最常见。1例病例同时具有NF-1型和2型特征性表现。结论：NF的中枢神经系统表现多样，MRI是较好的影像学检查方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the MRI appearance of central nervous system in neurofibromatosis.Methods:The clinical symptoms and radiological appearances in22patients with NF were analyzed.Results:The specific character of central nervous system in NF-1was neurofibroma,mostly within the cervical vertebral canal.The most common tumors occurring in NF-2included bilateral or unilateral acoustic neurinoma accompanied with multiple meningioma.In22cases,1case not only demonstrated the specific character of NF-1,but also had the specific character of NF-2.Conclusion:The appearances of NF were variable in central nervous system. |
