江苏省家蝇对卫生杀虫剂敏感品系和抗性品系的调查

目的 建立家蝇对卫生杀虫剂的抗性谱,为全省各地开展除害灭蝇工作提供科学数据。方法 采用点滴法测定家蝇对杀虫剂的敏感品系和抗性品系。结果 江苏省家蝇对敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯等十三种卫生杀虫剂的抗性品系高于敏感品系的8～12倍,对其他卫生杀虫剂高1～2倍。结论 我省家蝇对所测十三种杀虫剂已经产生抗性。

Studies on the investigation of susceptible and strains of flies for insecticidal formulation in Jiangsu Province

Objective: We want to established the resistant course of flies on insecticides in Jiangsu Province. With them we could afford the scientific data for controllingflies in our province . Medthod : We measure the sensitivity and resistibility of flies on insecticides by standard-drop way. Resulilt: The resistant of flies in Jiangsu province is about 8-12 multiple higher than sensitive strain on thirteen insecticides including DDV, deltamethrin, permethien and so on. It is also about 1-2 multiple hkgher other. Conclusion: The flies in our province are developing the resistant on the common insecticides
