中文版老年人抑郁量表(DIA-S)的信效度研究

目的 翻译老年人抑郁量表(the Depression In old Age scale,DIA-S),并评价其信效度。方法 采用Brislin法对量表进行汉化,应用便利抽样法,对辽宁省锦州市社区老年人进行调查,运用SPSS22.0和Amos17.0软件对数据进行分析。结果 中文版DIA-S量表的总Cronbach′s α系数为0.829,分半信度为0.831,重测信度为0.907;量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI/UA)为0.900,条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.833～1.000,平均量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI/Ave)为0.983;各条目与总分的Pearson相关系数为0.475～0.789,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。探索性因子分析(EFA)得到1个公因子,累积方差贡献率为62.16%,各条目共同度为0.378～0.731。验证性因子分析(CFA)得到拟合良好的结构方程模型,模型适配度(拟合度)指标中,x2/df=2.679,GFI=0.948,AGFI=0.911,PGFI=0.552,IFI=0.944,TLI=0.919,CFI=0.943,RMSEA=0.073,RMR=0.010,标准化回归系数取值范围为0.35～0.77。结论 中文版老年人抑郁量表(DIA-S)信效度良好,可用于评估社区老年人抑郁情况。

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the depression in old age scale (DIA-S)

Objective To translate the depression in old age scale (DIA-S) into Chinese,and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version.〖WTHZ〗Methods〖WTBZ〗 The DIA-S was translated into Chinese using the Brislin translation method.The community elders in Jinzhou of Liaoning province were investigated with convenience sampling and the data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 and Amos17.0 software.〖WTHZ〗Results〖WTBZ〗 The Cronbach′ α coefficient of the Chinese version DIA-S was 0.829,the split-half reliability was 0.831,and the retest reliability was 0.907.The content validity index (S-CVI/UA) of scale level was 0.900,the content validity index (I-CVI) of item level was from 0.833 to 1.000,and the (S-CVI/Ave) was 0.983.The correlation coefficient between each item and the total score was from 0.475 to 0.789,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).One factor was obtained with exploratory factor analysis (EFA),and explained 62.16% of the total variance.The communality of items was from 0.378 to 0.731.The confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) revealed a good model fit,and the fit indices were as followed,x2/df=2.679,GFI=0.948,AGFI=0.911,PGFI=0.552,IFI=0.944,TLI=0.919,CFI=0.943,RMSEA=0.073,RMR=0.010,and the value range of standardized regression coefficient was from 0.35 to 0.77.〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖WTBZ〗 The Chinese version of the DIA-S has good reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate depression of the elderly in Chinese community.
