| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions of E-cadherin and ki67 in tissue of primary uterine cervical squamous cell carcinoma and lymph node metastases.Methods 60 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and lymph node metastases were enrolled.Paraffin embedded tissue were assayed by immunohistochemistry for ki67 and E-cadherin.Results The positive expression of ki67 in both tissue were 85.00%(51/60);ki67 expression in primary tumor was closely associated with that in metastases(r=0.889,P<0.001).The positi... |
