survivin在病理性瘢痕中的表达及与微血管生成的关系

目的:探讨survivin在病理性瘢痕发生发展中的作用及与微血管生成的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学检测10例正常皮肤组织、23例增生性瘢痕和30例瘢痕疙瘩组织中survivin和CD34的表达,并计数微血管密度(MVD),分析病理性瘢痕中survivin的表达与血管生成的关系。结果:survivin在正常皮肤、增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩中表达的阳性率分别为0(0/10)、34.78%(8/23)和66.67%(20/30);瘢痕疙瘩中survivin阳性表达明显高于增生性瘢痕和正常皮肤组;瘢痕疙瘩中,随survivin表达增强,MVD逐渐增高,呈正相关。结论:survivin蛋白在病理性瘢痕组织中表达上调,并与微血管生成关系密切,提示survivin与病理性瘢痕的发生发展过程有关。

Expression of survivin and its correlation with tumor angiogenesis in pathologic scar tissues

Objective： To study the expression of survivin and its relationship with tumor angiogenesis in pathologic scar tissues. Methods：The expression of survivin, and MVD was detected by immunohistochemical staining （SP methods） in 30 keloid, 23 hyperplastic scars and 10 normal skin tissues. Results：The positive rate of survivin were 0% in normal skin tissues, 34.78% in hyperplastic sears, 66.67% in keloid, survivin expression was significantly stronger in keloid than in hyperplastic scars and normal skin tissues . In keloid, MVD was increased along with the strengthened survivin expression. There was positive correlation between expression of Survivin and MVD. Conclusion： survivin expression was up-regulated in pathologic scar tissues and closely related with MVD; it may play an important roll in the development of pathologic scar tissues.
