初诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛素强化治疗恢复胰岛功能的研究

目的研究胰岛素强化治疗对初发2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法选取初发2型糖尿病患者50例，实验前测患者空腹和葡萄糖负荷后0．5h及2h胰岛素分泌水平，经过3个月胰岛素强化治疗后，再进行空腹及葡萄糖刺激下胰岛素分泌测定。结果胰岛素强化治疗3个月，葡萄糖负荷后0．5h胰岛素释放量增加明显，空腹及2h胰岛素分泌量有所下降。结论胰岛素强化控制血糖，可改善胰岛β细胞功能早期胰岛素分泌缺陷。

The Effect of Insulin Intensive Treatment on the Recovery of Islet Function in Patients with the First Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To study the effect of insulin intensive treatment on the recovery of islet function in the first diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 50 new T2DM patients were selected,and detected on their fasting plasma insulin level,1/2 h postprandial and 2 h postprandial insulin level after oral glucose supplement before experience and after three months treatment with Insulin.Results After insulin intensive treatment for 3 months,the levels of insulin secretion in the 1/2 hr after oral glucose supplement was significantly increased,while the levels of insulin and the 2 hr insulin secretion were decreased in some degree.Conclusion With insulin intensive treatment,the insufficiency of insulin secretion in early phase could be improved.
