从狐惑论治白塞综合征探析

白塞综合征与《金匮要略》狐惑病临床表现非常相似,均以口咽、眼部、前后二阴腐蚀溃疡为主症。用张仲景治疗狐惑病清热燥湿、解毒疗疮的治法治疗白塞综合征,疗效满意。认为白塞综合征与狐惑病一样,是湿热毒邪侵袭机体、腐蚀上下的一种疾病。病变以湿热瘀久成"疮"为核心,治疗重在解毒消痈。

Discussion of Treatment of Behcet Syndrome Based on Huhuo Disease

Behcet syndrome was similar to Huhuo disease described in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. Both of these two diseases were characterized by clinical symptoms such as ulcers in mouth,grounding eyes, urethra and per anal. Huhuo disease was treated well by ZHANG Zhongjing with the methods of clearing heat and drying dampness,detoxifying and treating the ulcer. Behcet syndrome was a disease with damp-heat evil attacking upper and down side of the body. With the core of ulcer forming by damp-heat stagnation for long time,the treatment of this disease should be emphasized on detoxifying and eliminating the ulcers.
