| 摘 要： | 目的观察穴位注射治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将58例患者随机分为三组，观察组20例采用曲安奈得注射液穴位注射治疗，对照组19例采用等量的0．9％生理盐水穴位注射治疗，针刺组19例采用传统针刺治疗。结果与结论观察组治疗在降低血清IgE值及临床疗效上明显优于对照组和针刺组。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of point injection on allergic rhinitis. Methods Fifty-eight patients were randomly allocated to 3 groups. The observation group of 20 cases were treated by point injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide, the control group of 19 cases,by point injection of equivalent 0.9% normal saline and the acupuncture group of 19 cases,by point injection of equivalent 0. 9% normal saline and the acupuncture group of 19 cases, by conventional acupuncture. Results and conclusion Serum lgE was reduced more and the clinical effect was better in the observation group than in the acupuncture and control groups. |
