| 摘 要： | 本文报告了我院近三年来收治的股骨头骨折14例,Ⅰ型3例采用保守治疗;Ⅱ型11例均采用手术治疗。经平均1年4个月随访,疗效满意。作者根据临床观察分析,将股骨头骨折分为两型,并对股骨头骨折的治疗进行探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper reports 14 cases with fracture of the femoral head ,who were treated in our hospital in the last 3 years,3 cases of type II were treated by non-operative methods, 11 cases of type I were treated with operation. After an average 1 year and 4 months follow up, the results are satisfactory. The authors classify fracture of femoral head into two types according to clinical observation and the treatment of fracture of femoral head is discussed. |
