扶正药物及其配伍的药物血清对SMMC-7721人肝癌细胞增殖的抑制作用

目的：探讨不同扶正药物及其配伍对肝癌细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法：选取临床治疗肝癌常用的益气、温阳、补肾、养阴等扶正治法的代表药物，并根据阴阳治则理论将其分别配伍为益气养阴、温阳养阴及补肾（阳）养阴等方剂分别煎成汤液，采取大鼠灌胃给药后分离药物血清，作用于体外培养的SMMC－7721人肝癌细胞，以正常大鼠血清和维甲酸作对照。用MTT法测定细胞增殖。结果：养阴组、益气养阴组的作用最为明显。结论：养阴药北沙参、麦门冬及其与益气、温阳、补肾配伍后的药物血清能显著地抑制SMMC－7721人肝癌细胞增殖，养阴与益气药配伍后具有明显的协同效应。

DEPRESSIVE EFFECTS OF STRENGTHENING DRUGS AND THEIR COMPATIBILITIES ON SMMC-7721 CELL PROLIFERATION

Objective To investigate the depressive effects of various strengthening drugs and their compatibilities on heptic carcinoma cell proliferation Methods Various representative drugs for strengthening healthy Zi-Yin tonics, which are often used to treat HCC in clinic , such as invigorating Qi , Yang tonics , Shen tonics and nourishing Yin were selected and devided into various liquid compounds according to Yin-Yang theory . Each compound was decocted and then was administrated to the rats via gavage. Sera of the rats were separated and Served in SMMC-7721 in vitro. Normal sera of rats and retino acid were used as control . MTT colorimetric method was applied to assay cell proliferation. Results The cell proliferation was markedly inhibited in the NY group , IQ adding N group ,T adding NY group and SY addign NY group . Conclusion The drugs of Yin tonics (Glehnia Root and Ophiopogon Root )and their compatibilities with Qi , Yin and Shen tonics can repress SMMC- 7721 cell proliferatiom . Among them , the Yin and Qi tonics compatibilities have remarkable coordinating effects .
