脂乐胶囊对高脂血症大鼠脂代谢的影响及其抗凝抗氧化作用

灌服脂乐50、100、250mg．kg（-1）．d（-1）连续四周，能显著降低实验性高脂血症大鼠血清中甘油三脂（TG）和总胆固醇（TC）的水平；显著降低TC／HDL—C比值；同时，能使血浆纤维蛋白元总量降低，也能使血清中LPO和肝组织中LPO降低。结果显示：脂乐胶囊能纠正实验性高脂血症大鼠脂代谢紊乱，增强机体的抗脂质过氧化作用，降低血浆粘滞性，纠正其高凝状态。这些作用均有利于拮抗动脉粥样硬化（AS）的发生和发展。

The Effect of Zhile Capsule on The lipid Metabolism and Its Anti-Blood Coagulation and Anti-Peroxyenation

The serum TG, TC, TC/HDL -C rate,fibrinogen, LPO and liver tissue LPO in experimental hyperlipoproteinemia rat have a significantly lower level than positive controlgroup after continuously taking Zhile 50, 100, 250mg kg(-1),d(-1) for four weeks. Our results suggest that Zhile capsule can correct the abnormal lipoprotein metabolism,strongthen the ability of the antiperoxygenation of body and correct the situation of high blood coagulation. These functions of Zhile capsule seemed to inhibit the originating and developing of atherosclerosis(AS).
