| 摘 要： | 《误诊学》的问世标志着国内临床医学领域的一个新学科的建立,并由此奠定了该学科的核心理论框架,十年来,误诊研究呈现出前所未有的方兴未艾之势,其研究运用系统的逆向思维方法,并结合混沌学的理论对貌似无序的临床误诊现象进行剖析,从最初单纯的对误诊现象的个案报道,发展到系统的理论方法学的研究,对临床医学起到了巨大的推动作用。

| Abstract: | The publication of Misdiagnostics marked the beginning of a new branch of clinical medicine in our Country. And from this the core of theoretical framework for the discipline was established. In the last ten years, the research of misdiagnosis has been in the ascendant, never heard of before. In this research, systematic converse mode of thinking is employed with help of the chaos theory to analyze the misdiagnosis phenomena being of seemingly disordering in clinical practice. The research has been so far developed from the preliminary state of single case report at the beginning into a new one of systematic study on theoretical methodology, pushing greatly clinical medicine forward. |
