| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗对妊娠高血压综合征的临床疗效及对内皮功能和早期肾损害的影响。方法:治疗组35例采用中西医结合方法治疗,观察临床疗效、血浆内皮素(EH)和一氧化氮(NO)。另选择同期正常妊娠30例作为对照组。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.6%,两组EH和NO指标有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗妊高征临床疗效显著,其主要机理与内皮保护功能有关。

| Abstract: | Objective] Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on pregnancy-induced hypertensio syndrome treated by combonation of western medicine and TCM and the effect on the function of endothelium and the impairment of the kidney in darlier period.Mehtod: 35 cases were treated with the method combination of western medicine and TCM as the study group. The clinical therapeutic effect,EH and NO were observed.35 cases of normal pregnancy at the same period were chosen as the control group.Result: The total effective rate of the study group is 88.6%.There are very significant difference in EH and NO between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: The clinical therapeutic effect of combination of western medicine and TCM on pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome is very great and the main mechanism is related with the protect function of endothelium. |
