螺旋CT矢状面重组在诊断儿童腺样体肥大中的临床应用价值

目的：探讨螺旋CT矢状面重组在诊断儿童腺样体肥大的临床应用价值。材料与方法：住院儿童做鼻咽部螺旋CT检查了解腺样体肥大情况者,共计37例。扫描方法,先扫描鼻咽部水平侧位定位像,在定位像中做扫描计划。图像后处理,进入多平面重组（MPR）操作界面,在横断面鼻咽部层面中,对儿童腺样体进行矢状面重组,取最中间的层面,作为腺样体的测量层面。结果：37例腺样体A/N比值≤0.60者（正常）14例占38%;中度肥大者17例,占46%;显著肥大者6例,占16%。结论：应用螺旋CT矢状面重组图像测量儿童腺样体大小,其方法简便,准确,实用,能满足临床对儿童腺样体诊断与治疗的需要。

Sagittal Plane Reorganization Image Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Children with Adenoidal Hypertrophy of the Value of Clinical Application

Image proeessin after entering muhiplanar reformation （MPR） interface, in the cross - sectional dimension of the nasopharynx, adenoids of ehildren for sagittal reorganization, from the middle level, as measured levels of the adenoids. Results： 37 children with adenoid A/N ratio of ≤〈0.60 （normal） 14 eases, 38% to 17 eases of moderate hypertroplay, for 46% ; notable mast to 6 cases, accounting for 16%. Conclusion： Spiral CT image measuring sagittal reorganization children adenoid size, the method is simple, accurate, practical arid children can meet the clinical diagnosis and treatment of adenoid needs.
