螺旋CT矢状面重组在诊断儿童腺样体肥大中的临床应用价值

摘    要:目的:探讨螺旋CT矢状面重组在诊断儿童腺样体肥大的临床应用价值。材料与方法:住院儿童做鼻咽部螺旋CT检查了解腺样体肥大情况者,共计37例。扫描方法,先扫描鼻咽部水平侧位定位像,在定位像中做扫描计划。图像后处理,进入多平面重组(MPR)操作界面,在横断面鼻咽部层面中,对儿童腺样体进行矢状面重组,取最中间的层面,作为腺样体的测量层面。结果:37例腺样体A/N比值≤0.60者(正常)14例占38%;中度肥大者17例,占46%;显著肥大者6例,占16%。结论:应用螺旋CT矢状面重组图像测量儿童腺样体大小,其方法简便,准确,实用,能满足临床对儿童腺样体诊断与治疗的需要。

Sagittal Plane Reorganization Image Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Children with Adenoidal Hypertrophy of the Value of Clinical Application

Abstract:Purpose: To investigate the sagittal slice CT in the diagnosis of children adenoidal hypertrophy reorganization of the clinical value. Materials and Methods: Hospitalized children do nasopharyngeal spiral CT adenoidal hypertrophy understand the situation, a total of 37 eases. Scanning method, in the lateral position as the CT scan done in the scheme. Image proeessin after entering muhiplanar reformation (MPR) interface, in the cross - sectional dimension of the nasopharynx, adenoids of ehildren for sagittal reorganization, from the middle level, as measured levels of the adenoids. Results: 37 children with adenoid A/N ratio of ≤〈0.60 (normal) 14 eases, 38% to 17 eases of moderate hypertroplay, for 46% ; notable mast to 6 cases, accounting for 16%. Conclusion: Spiral CT image measuring sagittal reorganization children adenoid size, the method is simple, accurate, practical arid children can meet the clinical diagnosis and treatment of adenoid needs.
