老年患者腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的护理研究

目的探讨老年患者腹腔镜下胆囊切除术采取护理配合的临床效果。方法选取2002年12月—2012年12月于我院行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的老年患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组给予腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗;观察组给予腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗的同时行护理配合。对两组患者的手术基本情况予以比较分析,主要包括手术时间、住院时间,以及手术成功率、并发症发生率和病死率。结果观察组平均手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组手术成功率高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低与对照组,观察组未见死亡患者,对照组患者病死率为2．5％,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论老年患者行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术时采取护理配合,利于手术整体效果的改善,值得临床推广。

The Nursing Cooperation of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy on Elderly Patients

Objective Elderly patients with laparoscopiccholecystectomy clinical nursing to takeeffect. Methods 80 elderly patients from 2002 December to 2012 December in our hospital underwent laparoseopiceholecystectomy patients, random- ly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 40 cases. The control group was given laparoseopiecholeeys- tectomy in the treatment; the observation group was treated with laparoscopie cholecysteetomy intreatment and nursing. Give the comparative analysis on the basic situation of operation of the two groups, including operation time, hospitalization time; and theoperation success rate, complication rate and mortality rate. Results The observation group average operation time and hos- pitalization time were shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The observation group operation success rate is higher than that of the control group, the complication rate was lowand the control group, the ob- servation group had nodeath cases, the mortality rate was 2. 5% in control group, the differences were statistieally significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Elderly patients undergoing laparoseopie cholecystectomy by nursing eooperation, conducive to the overall effect of the improved operation, is worth the clinical promotion.
