腹膜透析患者并发腹腔感染的原因分析及护理对策

目的分析腹膜透析患者发生腹腔感染的环节及其发生的相关影响因素,为临床预防和减少腹腔感染的发生提供依据,并提出相应的护理干预措施。方法回顾性调查第二军医大学长征医院自2011年1-12月共300例腹膜透析患者(共腹透3368个月)腹腔感染发生的原因。结果 300例维持性腹膜透析患者共发生腹腔感染55例次,感染发生率为18.3%。结论腹膜透析患者腹腔感染发生率高,应针对腹腔感染发生的原因加以预防,采取提高患者依从性、积极治疗原发病、预防呼吸道及肠道感染、加强宣教和随访等措施,以提高透析疗效,改善患者的生活质量。

Causes Analysis and Nursing Strategies of Patients with Peritoneal Dialysis and Peritonitis

Objective To analyze the causes of intra-abdominal infection and its related factors in peritoneal dialysis patients, so as to provide evidence for the prevention of clinical abdominal infection and reduction of peritonitis, and to give the corresponding nursing interventions. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted in 300 peritoneal dialysis patients（Peritoneal dialysis 3368）between January and December 2011 on the causes of intra-abdominal infection. Results Totally 55 intra-abdominal infections occurred in 300 maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients. The incidence of intra-abdominal infection is 18.3 ~. Conclu- sion Peritoneal dialysis patients have a higher incidence of peritoneal infection. It＇s important for us to improve dialysis efficacy and life quality as long as we prevent the abdominal infection according to the causes, take actions to improve compliance behavior,aggressively treat the primary disease, prevent respiratory and intestinal infections and strengthen the education and follow-up.
