| 摘 要： | 目的总结行介入治疗的冠状动脉硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者的围术期护理方法。方法回顾性分析2010年3月至2012年10月在解放军总医院行介入治疗的72例冠心病患者的临床资料,并总结其围术期护理措施。结果 72例患者均手术成功,顺利度过围术期,术中、术后均未发生严重并发症。结论对行介入治疗术的冠心病患者进行精心细致围术期护理,是手术能顺利进行的重要保证。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing methods of interventional treatment for patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted in 72 patients with coronary heart disease who received interventional treatment. Results All of the 72 patients underwent successful operations and passed through the perioperation periods safely. No serious complications occurred during and after the operations. Conclusion Careful perioperation nursing is essential for the safety of percutaneous coronary interventions. |
