季德胜蛇药对小鼠免疫调节作用的初步研究

目的:研究季德胜蛇药对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法:将BALB-c小鼠48只随机分为4组,分别为正常对照组、环磷酰胺模型组、蛇药1组、蛇药2组。各组均以灌胃给药,2次/天,连续21天,正常对照组和造模组给予同体积的生理盐水,其余实验组分别给予相应剂量的药物治疗。给药第15天起,除正常对照组外各组小鼠均用环磷酰胺30mg/kg皮下注射,连续7天制备免疫功能低下模型。末次用药1小时后,所有动物均摘眼球取血,分离血清;记录小鼠体重,脱颈椎处死后,无菌取脾、胸腺并称湿重,计算脾脏和胸腺指数;以ConA诱导脾淋巴细胞增殖,用MTT法检测并计算淋巴细胞增殖刺激指数(SI)。结果:季德胜蛇药治疗组小鼠的体重下降程度低于模型组,胸腺及脾脏指数高于模型组;治疗组SI明显高于模型组。结论:季德胜蛇药可提高免疫抑制小鼠的细胞免疫功能。

The primary study of immunomodulatory effect of Jidesheng sheyao on mice

Objective:To study the immunomodulatory effect of Jidesheng Sheyao (JDS), a Chinese prepared medicine, on mice. Methods: 48 BALB-c mice were randomly divided into four groups: the normal control group, the model group, treatment group 1 and treatment group 2. The drugs were given by intragastric gavage in every group twice every day, lasting twenty-one days. The normal control group and the model group were given the same volume of normal saline, the mice of the other experimental groups were respectively treated with corresponding drug. From the 15th day,all experimental mice expect those of the normal control group were administered with the CY (30mg/kg,iH) for seven days. The 21th day after ig different doses of JDS an hour,the mice were sacrificed.Then the weights of spleen and thymus were measured.Effect of JDS on the BALB-c mouse spleen lymphocyte proliferation was detected by MTT assay.Result:In comparison with the model group, treatment groups manifested that the avoirdupois,the indexes of spleen and thymus were promoted;SI was increased significantly.Conclusion: JDS can increase the cell immune functions in immunodepressed mice.
