四味生津颗粒的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立四味生津颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中甘草、白芍、知母、生地黄进行定性鉴别;高效液相色谱法测定方中芍药苷含量。结果:TLC斑点清晰、分离度好,阴性对照无干扰;芍药苷进样量在0.6344~3.1720μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9990,n=5),平均回收率为97.60%,RSD=1.83%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于四味生津颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Siwei shengjin granule. METHODS: Glycyrrhiza, Paeonia sterni- ana, Anemarrhena asphodeloides and Radix Rehmanniae were identified by TLC. HPLC method was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin. RESULTS: TLC spots were clear and well-separated without interference from negative control. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.634 4-3.172 0 μg(r=0.999 0, n=5). The average recovery was 97.60% (RSD=1.83%, n=6). CONCLU- SION: Established standard can be used for the quality control of Siwei shengjin granules.
