丹红注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的:观察丹红注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:100例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,联合治疗组50例静脉滴注丹红注射液与依达拉奉,对照组50例静脉滴注依达拉奉。观察治疗2周后2组患者神经功能缺损评分的变化,并对治疗前后的血清超敏C反应蛋白含量进行比较。结果:与对照组比较,治疗后联合治疗组神经功能缺损评分显著降低(P<0.01),血清超敏C反应蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液与依达拉奉联合治疗急性脑梗死有利于提高临床疗效,减轻患者神经损伤程度。

Efficacy Observation of Danhong Injection Combined with Edaravone in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

OBJECITVE： To explore the clinical effect of Danhong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. METHODS： 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups. 50 patients in combined treatment group were given intravenous injection of Danhong injection and edaravone, 50 patients in control group were given edaravone intravenously. After 2 weeks of treatment, changes of neurological deficit scores were observed and sensitivity C-reactive protein serum levels were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS： Compared with control group, neurological deficit scores of trial group significantly decreased （P〈0.01）, and sensitivity C-reactive protein serum levels also decreased significantly （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Danhong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve clinical efficacy and reduce the degree of nerve injury.
