苦豆子药材的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立苦豆子药材的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对苦豆子药材(以槐定碱和氧化苦参碱为标示物)进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定药材中槐定碱和氧化苦参碱含量。结果:TLC中,苦豆子药材与槐定碱和氧化苦参碱对照品在相应位置上显相同颜色的斑点,且专属性强、分离效果好;槐定碱和氧化苦参碱进样量分别在34.82~174.10(r=0.9997)、71.74~358.70(r=0.9991)μg范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为94.9%(RSD=4.96%,n=6)、96.6%(RSD=3.85%,n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于苦豆子药材的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard for Sophora alopecuroides. METHODS: TLC and HPLC methods were used for qualitative identification and quantitative determination of sophridine and oxymatrine. RESULTS: TLC spots of sophridine and oxymatrine were same to that of S. alopecuroides in terms of color and site; the method was specific and TLC spots were well-separated. The linear ranges of sophridine and oxymatrine were 34.82-174.10 μg(r=0.999 7) and 71.74-358.70 μg(r= 0.999 1), and the average recoveries was 95.8% (RSD=3.9% ,n=6) and 96.8% (RSD:3.3% ,n:6). CONCLUSION: The standard could be used for quality control of S. alopecuroides.
