他汀类药致肌病的临床特点研究

目的:研究他汀类药致肌病的临床特点。方法:收集我院2006-2010年他汀类药致肌病43例为肌病组;同期同一病房原发病相同(均为冠心病或脑梗死患者)、同性别、服用同一类他汀类药的北京地区患者为对照组。对2组在年龄、并发症、合并用药、药物剂量等方面的临床特点进行对照分析。结果:他汀类药致肌病的危险因素主要为高龄、合并甲状腺疾病、嗜酒、服用较大剂量他汀类药、合并其他降脂药或经细胞色素P450(CYP)3A4代谢药。肌病发生时间多为用药2个月之内(86.0%),但预后较好。结论:临床应重视他汀类药致肌病的危险因素,密切关注不良反应的发生,以确保用药安全。

Clinical Characteristics of Statin-induced Myopathy

OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the clinical characteristics of statin-induced myopathy. METHODS ： We selected 43 pa- tients with statin-associated myopathy from 2006 to 2010 in our hospital for the study group, and the same gender patients with same primary disease （coronary disease or cerebral infarction） receiving same statin were selected from Beijing area as control group. Clinical characteristics of 2 groups were analyzed comparatively in terms of age, complication, drug combination, drug dos- age, etc. RESULTS： The main risk factors of statin-induced myopathy were the elderly, complicating with thyroid diseases, sot, taking large doses of statins, combining with other cholesterol drugs or by CYP3A4 metabolic drugs. Myopathy mostly occurred within 2 months （86.0%） with good prognosis. CONCLUSION： We should attach importance to the risk factors of statin-induced myopathy and pay attention to adverse dru~, reaction to ensure the safetv of drier, use
