华蟾素致不良反应114例文献分析

目的:探讨华蟾素致不良反应(ADR)的类型及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对1998年1月-2010年12月国内、外公开发行的医药期刊报道的华蟾素所致ADR共计114例进行分类统计、分析。结果与结论:华蟾素致ADR主要分为局部静脉反应和药物过敏反应。影响ADR的因素:男性多于女性,联合用药多于单用,静脉注射多于肌肉注射,有60例ADR发生在用药1h以内,主要表现为静脉损害。经治疗后均能治愈或好转。临床应重视华蟾素的ADR,以减少ADR的重复发生。

Literature Analysis of 114 ADR Cases Induced by Cinobufacini

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the type and characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADR） induced by cinobufacini, and to provide reference for rational use of drugs in the clinic. METHODS： 114 cinobufacini-induced ADR cases reported in domes- tic publication medicine periodicals since Jan. 1998--Dec. 2010. were analyzed statistically. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The clinical main manifestations were local vein reaction and drug allergy reaction. Influencing factors of ADR： male was more than fe- male, drug combination was more than single drug, intravenous injection was more than intramuscular injection. 60 ADR cases oc- curred within 1 h and mainly manifested as i.v.injury. They are cured and recovered after thesapy. Great importance should be at- tached to ADR induced by cinobufacini, in order to avoid the recurrence.
