药学服务对ICU患者镇静、镇痛治疗的影响

目的:探讨药学服务对ICU患者镇静、镇痛治疗的影响。方法:选取我院2009年9月-2010年8月ICU出院患者160份病历作为基线调研组,2010年10月-2011年11月出院患者161份病历作为药学服务组,研究药学服务对镇静、镇痛治疗方案及药物选择合理性的影响。结果:以镇痛为基础的系统镇静是重症患者镇静、镇痛充分获得的有利方案。系统镇静采用率由药学服务实施前的15.00%上升到实施后的44.72%。ICU患者镇静、镇痛药应用比例由实施前的72.50%上升到实施后的92.55%;镇静、镇痛不足比例由实施前的15.62%下降到实施后的5.58%。结论:恰当的药学服务措施能有效提高重症监护患者镇静、镇痛治疗的效果。

Effects of Pharmaceutical Care on Sedation Analgesic Therapy of ICU Patients

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effects of pharmaceutical care on sedation analgesic therapy of ICU patients. METHODS： 160 medical records of discharged patients were collected from ICU of our hospital from Sept. 2009 to Aug. 2010 as baseline group, and 161 medical records of discharged patients from Oct. 2010 to Nov. 2011 as pharmaceutical care group. The effects of pharmaceutical care on sedation analgesic therapy and drug selection were studied. RESULTS： Systemic sedation based on analgesics was the most profitable project for ICU patients to obtain sedation analgesia effects fully. The utilization ratio of systemic sedation was increased from 15.00% before intervention to 44.72% after pharmaceutical care. The application rate of sedation anal- gesic drugs was increased from 72.50% before pharmaceutical care to 92.55% after pharmaceutical care; and the proportion of in- sufficient sedation analgesic therapy was decreased from 15.62% before pharmaceutical care to 5,58% after pharmaceutical care. CONCLUSION： Suitable pharmaceutical care can improve the effect of sedation analgesic therapy in ICU patients.
