| 摘 要： | 目的:为推进国家基本药物制度的实施提供参考。方法:对合肥市45家基层医院2010年度口服降糖药物供应品种、用药频度(DDDs)、销售金额以及日均费用(DDC)等进行分组统计、分析。结果:实行国家基本药物制度的基层医院的口服降糖药物价格比未实施国家基本药物制度的基层医院有明显下降;格列齐特(缓释)、二甲双胍累计的DDDs分别占各组的72.40%、68.86%。结论:格列齐特(缓释)、二甲双胍是基层医院的主要口服降糖药物,国家基本药物制度在合肥市的实施降低了糖尿病患者的支出费用,为需终身服药的糖尿病患者减轻了经济负担。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the implementation of national essential drug system. METHODS： The application of oral antidiabetic drugs in 45 primary hospitals from Hefei area in 2010 was analyzed statistically in terms of types, DDDs, consumption sum and DDC. RESULTS： The price of antidiabetic drugs in hospitals where national essential drug system had been implemented decreased significantly, compared with those hospitals where national essential drug system had not imple- mented. DDDs of gliclazide （sustained release） and metformin were 72.40% and 68.86%. CONCLUSIONS： Gliclazide （sustained release） and metformin are the major oral antidiabetic drugs in primary hospitals. The implementation of national essential drug system brings down the expenditure of diabetic patients from Hefei area and lessen economic burden of diabetic patients who take medicine all their life. |
