| 摘 要： | 目的评价黄芪注射液治疗肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效和安全性。方法62例肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症均采用黄芪注射液40ml加入250ml糖或盐水中静滴,1次/天,15天为1个疗程,观察2个疗程。对比治疗前后白细胞计数的变化和临床症状。结果显效27例,有效32例,无效3例。在治疗过程中未发现黄芪注射液有任何毒副作用。结论采用黄芪注射液治疗白细胞减少症过程中无明显毒副作用,不失为一种良好的治疗药物。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To assess the clinical effect and security in Leucopenia after chemotherapy plus radiotherapy with Astragalus Membranacenus Injection. METHODES The Leucopenia in 62 cases was treated with Astragalus Membranacenus Injection 40 ml and 250 ml glucose or saline solution intravenous drip once a day,a course per 15 days,two courses. Contrast the white blood cell variety and clinical symptom. RESULTS Apparent rate 27 cases,in effect 32 cases,inefficacy 3 cases and side effect was not found in the course. CONCLUSIONS Treated with Astragalus Membranacenus Injection in Leucopenia,none of side effect was found in the course. |
