| 摘 要： | 目的评价平阳霉素加地塞米松腔内注射治疗耳廓假性囊肿的效果。方法对80例耳廓假性囊肿患者采用平阳霉素8mg加地塞米松5mg作腔内注射治疗。结果痊愈60例，占75％；显效20例，占25％。所有病例均接受1次治疗，随访3个月～1．5年均无复发。结论平阳霉素加地塞米松腔内注射治疗耳廓假性囊肿方法简便，效果确切，建议临床首选使用。

Treatment fo Auricle Pseudocyst by Injecting Pinyangmycin and Desamethasone in Cavity:A Report of 80 cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To eveluate the treatment of auricle pseudocyst by injecting pingyangmycinaand dexamethasone in cavity.Methods 80cases with auricle pseudocyst were treated by injectingpingyangmycin and dexamethasone in cavity.Results 60cases(75%)fully recovered and 20 cases(25%)wereeffective.All patients were treated once, norecurrence was found after being followed up from 3 monthsto 18 months.Conclusion Treatment of auricle pseudocyst with pingyangmycin and dexamethasone is simpleand effective,it is recommended for preferred clinical use. |
