射频热疗联合抗生素治疗慢性前列腺炎

目的:探讨射频热疗联合抗生素对慢性前列腺炎治疗效果。方法:经尿道前列腺射频热疗,单次疗程,温度41～43C,时间2小时。抗生素用氧氟沙星、先锋霉素Ⅴ静脉给药5天,口眼美满霉素、四环素2周。治疗前后分别行症状调查、EPS镜检及PCR检测。对180例患者随访6个月以上。结果:治愈231例,好转90例,有效率94.4％;随访180例,复发35例,复发率19.4％。结论:射频热疗联合抗生素治疗慢性前列腺炎具有良好的近期和远期疗效。

Chronic prostatitis treated by radio frequency hyperthermia and unite using antibiotices

Objective:To sutdy the treatment effective of chronic prostatistis with radio frequency hyperthermia and unite using antibiotices. Methods :Transurethral radio frequency hyperthermia for chronic prostatitis patients with a single 2hours.temperture was 41~-43 C. Antibiotices were injected using ofloxacin injection and Cefazolin injection for five days.and then taked orally Minomycin Cap and Tetracycline Tab for two weeks. In the treatment altogether.expressed prostatic secretion from all the patient with chronic prostatitis were tested by a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay and routine test .at the same time to investigated symptom for the patients. Results:The results were analysed and evaluated. 231 patients were cured.90 patients were improved.rate of effective was 94. 4%. 19 patients had unstisfied outcome (5. 6%). Following up 6 months for 180 patients after the treatment.35 patients were recured (19. 4%). Conclusion: The better effective of recent term and further term for chronic prostatits with radio frequency hyperthermia and unite using antibiotices treatment.
