| 摘 要： | 目的：观察伯克纳喷剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效，探讨治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效方法。方法：对确诊为过敏性鼻炎的病例随机分为３组（治疗组，对照组１组，对照２组），每组３０例，治疗组用伯克纳喷剂，对照１组用新福林新霉素扑尔敏滴剂，对照２组用蕾胆片（中成药）口服。 |

| Abstract: | Aim:To observe the efficacy of Beconase Spray in treating allergic rhinitis. Method:Ninety patients with allergic rhinitis were allocated randomly into Beconase Spray ,neosynephrine-neomycin-chlorphenamine drop and Huo-Dan-Pian groups. There were 30 patients in each group. Result: The total effective rates of Beconase Group, neosynephrine-neomycin-chlorphenamine drop Group and Huo-Dan-Pian Group were 93. 33% ,80. 00% and 70. 00% respectively. Conclusion : Beconase Spray is a potent, topical acting corticosteroid ,it acts quickly, its action lasts long, is effective and safe, and is thus an effictive drug in treating allergic rhinitis. |
