伯克纳,开瑞坦治疗变应性鼻炎疗效观察

目的：观察伯克纳、开瑞坦对变应性鼻炎的陪效并探索最佳用药方案。方法：比较单独使用伯克纳和同时合用伯克纳、开瑞坦的疗效并观察停药后症状复现的情况。结果：伯克纳、开瑞坦合用的疗效翁于单用伯克纳，且副反应少。连续用药１８天，患者的症状９０％以上被控制；停药１周时，疗效仍能维持，但停药２周后，约１／３患者症状又恢复。结论：联合用药或提高疗效，减少副反应。早晨用伯克纳喷鼻１次，睡前服开瑞坦１０ｍｇ，持续１８

Clinical observation on efficacy of Beconase and Clarityne in treating allergic rhinitis

Objective : To observe the efficacy of Beconase and Clarityne in treating allergic rhinitis and to explore the optimal project in using them. Methods :The effects of Beconase alone and in combination with Clarityne are compared. The recurrence of symptoms is observed after stopping use of the medicines. Results:The efficacy of Beconase in combination with Clarityne is better than that of using Beconase alone. The therapeutic effect is most prominent after 2-3weeks'treatment. In about 1/3 patients symptoms recur in 2 weeks after stopping use of the medicine. Conclusion:The effects are additive and the side effects will decrease when combining Beconase and Clarityne. It is better to spray Beconase into nostrils in the morning and take 10mg Clarityne before sleeping every day for 18 days and the second course of treatment should be begun 10 days after stopping use of the medicines.
