| 摘 要： | 目的观察奥美拉唑合并黛力新治疗老年胃食管返流病的疗效。方法将78例老年胃食管返流患者随机分成两组,观察组40例,对照组38例,前者应用奥美拉唑20 mgbid,后者加用黛力新5mgqd,于治疗1个月及3个月观察疗效。结果观察组一个月及三个月的总有效率是85%和95%,与对照组（71.05%和84.21%）相比,均存在显著差异。结论奥美拉唑合并黛力新治疗老年胃食管返流病优于单用奥美拉唑,且未增加副作用。
