喹诺酮类药物不良反应分析及注意事项

目的：众所周知,喹诺酮类药物存在一系列的不良反应,如胃肠道反应、光毒性、过敏反应、血液系统反应、肝肾功能损害及软骨损伤等。如果不能正确合理使用,将会大大降低其药效,影响临床应用,给患者带来不必要的痛苦和损害。对其不良反应进行总结,期给临床应用提供参考。方法：参考国内外相关研究文献,针对喹诺酮类药物的安全合理使用从健康教育的角度提出指导意见。结果及结论：临床医师应加强药物理论学习,合理用药,减少不良反应的发生。

Adverse Drug Reactions and Precautions for Use of Quinolones

OBJECTIVE：It is well-known that Quinolones may cause a series of adverse drug reactions（ADRs） such as gastrointestinal tract reaction,photoxicity,anaphylaxis,blood system reaction,lesions of liver,kidney and cartilage etc.If used irrationally,Quinolones＇ drug action might be lowered greatly,thus affecting the clinical efficacy and causing unnecessary sufferings and damage to patients.To summarize the ADRs of Quinolones was aimed to offer reference for their rational use in the clinic.METHODS：Instructional advices for safe and rational use of Quinolones were put forward from a perspective of health education by reviewing the pertinent literatures both at home and abroad.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION：Doctors in the clinic should tighten the study of medcine theory,in order to reduce the adverse drug reactions for rational drug use.
