48例脾脏恶性淋巴瘤的超声回顾性分析

目的：探讨脾脏恶性淋巴瘤的超声表现特点。方法：回顾性分析经穿刺活检或手术病理证实的48例脾脏恶性淋巴瘤的临床资料、超声表现及病理,并进行超声分型。结果：结合病理特点48例脾脏淋巴瘤超声表现大致可分为四种类型：①脾脏弥漫型,占12.5%（6/48）;②粟粒型,占16.7%（8/48）;③结节型,占31.3%（15/48）;④混合型,占39.6%（19/48）。结论：超声对诊断恶性淋巴瘤侵犯脾脏有较高的影像学诊断价值。

Retrospective study of 48 cases with malignant lymphoma in spleen

Objective：To study the ultrasonic features of malignant lymphoma in spleen.Methods：Clinical data,ultrasonic images and pathologic results of 48 cases with malignant lymphoma in spleen were retrospectively studied.All the cases were confirmed by ultrasound-guided splenic biopsy or operation.The ultrasonic images were classified at the same time.Results：Combined with pathologic results,the ultrasonic appearances of 48 cases can be divided into four type： homogeneous splenomegaly type（12.5%,6/48）,multiple nodule type（16.7%,8/48）,solitary nodule type（31.3%,15/48） and complex nodule type（39.6%,19/48）.Conclusion：Ultrasound examination has great medical imaging value in the diagnosis of malignant lymphoma in spleen.
