摘    要:目的建立高效分子排阻色谱(HPSEC)法测定头孢米诺钠聚合物。方法采用高效凝胶色谱柱;流动相为pH7.0的0.005mol/L的磷酸盐缓冲液[0.005mol/L的磷酸氢二钠:0.005mol/L的磷酸二氢钠(61:39)];流速0.5mL/min;检测波长254nm;进样量为10μL;自身对照外标法定量。结果样品测定的线性范围为0.4-2.5mg/mL(R=0.9995)。结论该方法能够较好地分离头孢米诺钠和聚合物,简便快速,定量准确,重现性好,可用于头孢米诺钠中聚合物的检验。

Abstract:Objective To establish a high molecular exclusion chromatography (HPSEC) method for the determination of sodium cefminox polymer. Methods The efficient gel column; mobile phase (pH 7.0) 0.005mol/L phosphate buffer solution [0.005mol/L disodium hydrogen phosphate: 0.005mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate (61 : 39)]; flow rate of 0.5mL/min; detection wavelength 254 nm; injection volume was 10μl; self-control external standard. Results The linear range of the sample measured 0.4-2.5mg/mL (R=0.9995). Conelusion This method can be well separated Cefminox sodium and polymers, simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible, and can be used in the polymer Cefminox sodium test.
