58例慢性萎缩性胃炎的内科治疗体会

目的探讨不同的治疗方法对慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗效果。方法将58例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随即分为对照组和治疗组，其中对照组采用西药治疗，口服吗叮啉、甲硝唑、盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上，加服藏药仙露帕朱丸，服药4周后观察临床治疗效果。结果治疗一个疗程后，对照组患者总有效率为79．31％，治疗组总有效率为93．10％，二者比较具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论仙露帕朱丸的治疗作用优于吗叮啉、甲硝唑、盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊，可显著提高临床总有效率，对于治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有良好的效果。

The Medical Treatment of 58 Cases of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of different methods in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods The chronic atrophic gastritis of 58 patients in our hospital were divided into control and treatment groups randomly. The control group was received domperidone, metronidazole and ranitidine. Treatment group was given the pill of xianlupazhu, and were treated for 4 weeks. All patients were observed with clinical efficacy after a course of treatment. Results After a course of treatment, the total effective rate of the control group were 79.31%, and that of the treatment group were 93.10%. There was a significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The pill of xianlupazhu is superior to domperidone, metronidazole and ranitidine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, and can increase the total clinical efficiency significantly.
