手指末节完全离断再植的治疗体会

目的探讨末节不同区域断指再植的治疗方法与临床效果。方法对于手指末节断指再植，需要尽可能多地吻合血管或吻合一条动脉及一条静脉或吻合一条动脉加拔甲、小切口放血滴肝素等方法处理，恢复断指血液循环。结果本组52例成活45例，部分坏死4例，完全坏死3例，成活率86．5％，成活惠指外形及功睛皂接近正常，疗效满意。结论手指末节离断伤断指再植是在恢复惠指正常解剖的基础上重建血液循环，其目的是达到恢复再植手指的外观及其功能。

Finger Replantation Treatment Completely

Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment with different regions of the distal severed finger replantation. Method For finger replantation of severed finger, need as much as possible vascular anastomosis or anastomosis of one artery and one vein or artery anastomosis with a nail, small incision on blood heparin treatment, recovery of finger blood circulation. Results The 52 eases survived in 45 cases, 4 cases of partial necrosis, 3 cases of complete necrosis, the survival rate was 8i5.5%, survival finger appearance and function to near normal, curative effect satisfaction. Conclusion The fingertip amputation replantation is in the recovery of affected based on normal anatomical reconstruction of blood circulation, the purpose is to achieve the appearance and functional recovery of replanted finger.
