血清及胎儿脐血中血管内皮细胞钙黏蛋白和中性粒细胞激活肽-78与妊娠高血压疾病的相关性研究

目的研究妊娠期高血压疾病患者静脉血清及胎儿脐血中血管内皮细胞钙黏蛋白（VE-cadherin）和中性粒细胞激活肽-78（ENA-78）的变化及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）进行VE-cadherin和ENA-78含量的测定,分别测定90例妊娠期高血压疾病患者（其中妊娠期高血压、轻度子痫前期、重度子痫前期各30例）及30例正常对照组产妇静脉血清及胎儿脐血中VE-cadherin和ENA-78的含量。结果 VE-cadherin和ENA-78在妊娠期高血压疾病组及对照组血清及胎儿脐血中均有表达。VE-cadherin在妊娠期高血压疾病各组血清中含量与对照组血清中的比较,差异有统计学意义（t=7.31,9.82,10.04,P值均〈0.05）,且重度子痫前期组明显高于轻度子痫前期和妊娠期高血压组（t=7.23,8.95,P值均〈0.05）;轻度子痫前期组明显高于妊娠期高血压组（t=7.68,P〈0.05）。ENA-78在妊娠期高血压疾病各组血清中含量与对照组血清中的比较,差异有统计学意义（t=7.54,9.65,10.18,P值均〈0.05）,且重度子痫前期组明显高于轻度子痫前期和妊娠期高血压组（t=7.54,9.65,P值均〈0.05）;轻度子痫前期组明显高于妊娠期高血压组（t=7.35,P〈0.05）。妊娠期高血压疾病患者VE-cadherin和ENA-78含量呈正相关（r=0.60,P〈0.01）。VE-cadherin和ENA-78在妊娠期高血压疾病各组胎儿脐血中的含量,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 VE-cadher-in和ENA-78的高表达说明,妊娠期高血压疾病患者内皮细胞损伤,且VE-cadherin和ENA-78在损伤过程中起作用。

EXPRESSION OF ENA-78 IN PERIPHERAL BLOOD AND UMBILICAL CORD BLOOD OF PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSIVE DISORDERS IN PREGNANCY

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of VE-cadherin and epithelial neutrophil-activing peptide-78（ENA-78） in intravenous serum and umbilical cord blood of patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy（pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,PIH）.Methods Contents of VE-cadherin and ENA-78 in intravenous serum and umbilical cord blood from 90 patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy（which were divided into gestational hypertension,mild and severe preeclampsia groups each including 30 patients） were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） respectively.30 normal pregnant women were taken as control group.Results VE-cadherin and ENA-78 expressed in both patients and controls.Serum contents of VE-cadherin in patients and controls had significant difference by comparison（t=7.31,9.82,10.04,all P〈0.05）.Moreover,there were differences among the contents of three groups（t=7.23,8.95,7.68,all P〈0.05）.Serum contents of ENA-78 in patients and controls had significant difference by comparison（t=7.54,9.65,10.18,all P〈0.05）.Moreover,there were differences among the contents of three groups（t=7.54,9.65,7.35,all P〈0.05）.Contents of VE-cadherin and ENA-78 of patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy showed a positive correlation（r=0.60,P〈0.01）.There were no significant differences in contents of VE-cadherin and ENA-78 in umbilical cord blood of patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy in three groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The high expression of VE-cadherin and ENA-78 in patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy indicates the injury of vascular endothelium cells and VE-cadherin and ENA-78 play a role in the process of injury.
