| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨减影CTA(CT angiography)去骨技术和常规CTA去骨技术在脑血管成像中重建时间和图象质量的差异.方法 回顾性分析30例行脑减影CTA和常规CTA检查的患者的资料,后处理重建均用最大密度投影技术(MIP)和容积再现技术(VR),以评价减影CTA和常规CTA图像质量和重建时间.结果 减影CTA图像质量和常规CTA图像质量优良的均占100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).减影CTA血管重建时间(3.59±2.55)s短于常规CTA(14.71±2.95)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 减影CTA去骨技术用于脑血管成像图像质量优良,重建血管迅速,应作为脑血管成像首选的检查方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the difference of recontruction time and image quality of cerebral angiographic reconstruction between the subtraction CT angiography technique and conventional CT angiography. Methods 30 cases performing subtraction CT angiography and conventional CT angiography CT scan by GE VCT respectively were retrospectively selected radomly.
