| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the nursing measures to maintenance hemodialysis patients on high arteriovenous fistula. Methods To choose 16 patients with successful arteriovenous fistula and analyze the preoperative nursing, internal fistula puncture nursing and postoperative recovery for the patients with high arteriovenous fistula. Conclusion During the whole process before high arteriovenous fistula to hemodialysis by internal fistula puncture after the operation, nurses develop a care plan, which is an important measure to protect internal fistula and prolong its service life. |
