苯肾上腺素对顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵起效时间及插管条件的影响

目的探讨苯肾上腺素对顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵麻醉诱导时起效时间及插管条件的影响。方法 66例病人随机分成2组,苯肾上腺素组（P组,33例）和生理盐水组（S组,33例）。麻醉诱导采用咪唑安定0.1 mg/kg,丙泊酚2 mg/kg,芬太尼2μg/kg,P组病人诱导后给予苯肾上腺素0.9μg/kg,30 s后给予顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵0.1 mg/kg;S组则以同容量的生理盐水代替苯肾上腺素,其余相同。采用TOF-Watch肌肉加速度仪监测肌松。记录肌松药的起效时间、气管插管条件评分。结果 P组病人的起效时间为（5.7±1.8）min,S组病人的起效时间为（5.4±1.3）min,差异无显著性（P=0.084）。气管插管条件评分两组差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论苯肾上腺素不能改善插管条件,也不能延长顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵起效时间。

The effect of phenylephrine on the onset time of rocuronium and intubating conditions

Objective: To evaluate the effect of phenylephrine on the onset time of rocuronium and intubating conditions.Methods: Sixty-six patients were randomly assigned to two groups.Phenylephrine(0.9 μg/kg)(P group) or the same volume of saline(S group) was injected before cisatracium(0.1 mg/kg) administration.Anesthesia was induced with midazolam 0.1 mg/kg,fentanyl 2 μg/kg and propofol 2 mg/kg.The onset time was defined as the time from the end of cisatracium injection to the time when a single twitch height got to 0% or the minimum level.A well-trained anesth-esiologyst who was blinded to the treatment groups evaluated the intubating conditions.Results: The onset time was(5.7±1.4) min in the P group and(4.7±1.6) min in the S group.There was no difference in the intubating conditions between the two groups.Conclusion: A small dose of phenylephrine can not delay the onset time of cisatracium and has no significant effect on intubating conditions.
