溴代氯氰菊酯的合成及药效报告

摘    要:本文报道了溴代氯氰菊酯的合成及物理性状。并以蚊蝇、蟑螂为研究对象,进行生物效应考核,经药膜法测定:54mg/m~2时对德国小蠊的KT_(50)为7.5mm;对美洲大蠊为4.88min。喷雾法测定:5mg/m~3时对淡色库蚊的KT_(50)为5.97min;对家蝇为8.06min;两者24h后死亡率为90~100%。

Abstract:This paper describes the pysical properties of bromide substituted cypermethrin, and gives the biological efficacy tests aginst the mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches. By the film method with the dose of 54mg/m.the KT50 for Blattel-la germanica is 7. 5 min and the KT50 for periplaneta ameri cana is 4. 8min. By aerosol method with the dose of 5mg/m (KT50 for culex pipiens is 5-97min and the KT50 musca do mestica.vicina is 8.06min. The 24hr mortality for both of the above insects are 90-100%.
