蟹壳碾末配方治疗骨不连及延迟愈合的临床观察

目的探讨长期服用蟹壳碾末配方治疗骨不连的效果。方法 50例骨不连或延迟愈合患者分为对照组和实验组,每组25例,实验组骨不连或延迟愈合患者服用蟹壳碾末配方,对照组服用其他强筋健骨补气补血中药,同时用自体骨痂植骨+内固定治疗。取自体骨痂作病理检查。术后定期随访,摄X线片了解骨折愈合情况。结果服用蟹壳碾末配方治疗骨不连的疗效与髂骨植骨大体相同,均能取得满意疗效。结论服用蟹壳末配方治疗骨不连或延迟愈合患者疗效满意,值得推广。

Clinical observation of crab shell mill formula for nonunion and delayed union of bone

Objective To explore the effect of long-term use of crab shell mill formula for nonunion and delayed union of bone.Methods 50 cases of nonunion or delayed union patients were divided into control group and experimental group,each group of 25 cases.Theexperimental group patients taken crab shell roll end formula,the control group taken bone peptide tablet and other traditional Chinese medicine,at the same time used the autologous bone scabs and bone graft and internal fixation treatment.From the body bone scab had the pathologic examination.Results The effect of nonunion and delayed union of bone by crab shell mill formula was approximately the same as iliac bone graft,all of them could obtain satisfactory curative effect,had expression in the callus.Conclusion There was a satisfactory curative effect of crab shell mill formula for nonunion and delayed union of bone.It is worthy to be popularized.
