人性化护理在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用

目的探讨对子宫肌瘤手术患者实施人性化护理的效果。方法选取笔者所在医院就诊的110例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各55例,所有患者均给予传统的护理方法,观察组在此基础上实施人性化护理。结果与观察组干预前比较,其抑郁、焦虑评分在给予人性化护理干预后明显改善(P<0.05),手术后观察组与对照组比较抑郁、焦虑及躯体化评分有显著性差异,并且观察组具有明显较高的护理质量评分及护理满意度(P<0.05)。结论对于子宫肌瘤手术患者给予人性化护理后具取得的护理效果明显,患者具有较高的满意度,可以在临床推广应用。

Humane care in the patients with uterine fibroids

Objective To investigate the effect of uterine fibroid surgery in patients with the implementation of humane care.Methods 110 cases of uterine myoma patients were Selected in our hospital,all of them were randomly divided into observation group and control group each with 55 cases,all patients were treated with traditional methods of care,observation group was given the implementation of humane careon the basis of above.Results Compared with the observation group intervention before,their depression,anxiety scores were significantly improved after given humane care(P < 0.05),compared with control group,depression,anxiety and somatization scores of post-operative observation group had significant difference,quality of care score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher (P < 0.05).Conclusion Obviously uterine fibroids were treated with humane care with the care of patients with a high level of satisfaction,in clinical application.
