负压封闭引流技术在创伤性皮肤软组织缺损中的应用

目的探讨负压封闭引流技术治疗创伤性皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法对2008年5月～2011年10月临床收治的37例复杂创伤性皮肤软组织缺损行手术清创,应用持续负压封闭引流技术覆盖创面,持续吸引治疗6～10d后,拆除敷料行二期植皮术。结果 37例患者中32例患者使用VSD治疗6～10d后行二期植皮全部成活;5例患者6～10d后再次行VSD治疗后植皮全部成活。结论 VSD能彻底清除创面的分泌物和坏死组织,刺激肉芽生长,明显缩短创伤性皮肤软组织缺损的治疗时间,减轻换药痛苦,效果显著。

Application of the vacuum sealing drainage for the treatment of the traumatic defect of skin and soft tissue

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the vacuum sealing drainage for the treatment of the traumatic defect of skin and soft tissue.Methods 37 cases of the complicated traumatic defect of skin and soft tissue were admitted by our department from May 2008 to October 2011,who were experienced vacuum sealing drainage technique for the wound.Secondary-stage dermepenthesis were performed when the VSD sustained for 6 to 10 days.Results 32 patients obtained satisfactory consequence for 6 to 10 days,and 5 patients obtained the same result through two course treatment of the VSD for 6 to 10 days.Conclusion The VSD is a remarkable method for the traumatic defect,which can eliminating the secretion and necrotic tissue,stimulating granulation and shorten the recovery time of skin and soft tissue.
