| 摘 要： | 目的探讨异位妊娠破裂患者的抢救护理要点。方法对82例异位妊娠破裂患者给予快速建立有效静脉通道,正确摆放体位,给予吸氧,心电监护,完善术前准备,加强心理护理,做好术后护理和出院指导。结果 82例患者均抢救成功痊愈出院。结论积极做好手术前准备工作,术后给予合理的治疗和全面的护理,可降低死亡率,提高患者生存质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the emergent treatment and nursing methods of ectopic pregnancy bleeding.Methods Rapid establishment of venous passage,correctly placed in position,oxygen,ECG were applied and preoperative work was fully prepared.Results 82 patients were cured without complication.Conclusion Active emergent treatment and careful nursing care can increase the successful rate of emergent treatment and promote restoration of patients with ectopic pregnancy bleeding. |
